We work hard to handcraft your BioThane leashes and want you and your dog to be satisfied! Please review our returns & exchanges guidelines below:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the BioThane leash must be unused, in its original condition, and shipped within 10 days from the date of when it was received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@shopkonos.com and provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
Returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Customers will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Our premium rolled BioThane leashes are made of Beta-coated polyester webbing that's stronger and more durable than leather. This remarkable material is engineered by enveloping a core webbing with a protective polymer coating, ensuring unrivaled durability and strength.
BioThane is waterproof, odor-resistant, fade-resistant, lightweight, soft, easy to clean, and durable—leading to longer-lasting leashes with fewer replacements.
What is a thumb loop?
The thumb loop is a 2-inch design element integrated into the handle of our leashes. It allows you to anchor the leash securely on your thumb while holding it, providing an added layer of control and preventing accidental drops during walks or outdoor activities.
Note: While our thumb loop feature provides an added layer of security and control, it is essential to remain attentive and alert while using the leash. The thumb loop is designed to reduce the likelihood of accidental drops and improve handling, but it does not replace proper leash training or supervision. Always ensure the loop is appropriately secured on your thumb and maintain a firm grip on the leash while walking your dog.

BioThane is an exceptionally robust material, providing outstanding strength and reliability for our leashes. In particular, the 1/4" width rolled BioThane rope used in our leashes boasts an impressive break strength of 500 lbs. The strength of this material ensures optimal security and control, even for larger and more energetic dogs.
What sets our leashes apart is the ability to deliver such strength while remaining surprisingly lightweight. Despite its immense durability, BioThane is significantly lighter than traditional materials like leather or nylon. Note: Our BioThane leashes are not designed for tie-outs or tethering purposes due to safety concerns. Tethering can lead to potential risks and harm to your pet and others. Any damage caused to our products as a result of tethering or misuse is not covered by our warranty.
